Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) Coordinator

Removing barriers to encourage local initiatives to build more homes, faster. The program is helping increase housing supply – and supporting the development of communities that are more affordable, diverse, and climate-resilient.

Position Summary:

  • Community Based Support for Housing Accelerator Fund
  • Contract Position

Hours

  • Approximately 20 hours per week (HAF and Housing Task)

Duties:

  • administrative support
  • community liaison
  • housing department support
  • act as liaison between team members.
  • Also, some Housing Tasks are involved.

Qualifications

  • Must be organized, have strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft software, and other computer programs
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Criminal Record Check, including vulnerable sector check
  • Valid Drivers License
