Ulkatcho First Nation requires that all new postings of employment be circulated internally on Ulkatcho First Nation job board, website and through Human Resources for a period of one week before being advertised externally to the public. This process is designed to give current employees and individuals with knowledge of Carrier language and the Ulkatcho First Nation culture first priority in consideration for new employment opportunities within Ulkatcho First Nation, in order to promote qualified applicable employees whenever possible.
